Truong Dieu Le - Director of Operations
Le currently holds the position as Director of Operations who is responsible for empowering the Operations team to achieve extraordinary results. She is also responsible for supervising all activities the Operations including Finance - Accounting, Human Resources, Investor Relations/Communications, IT and Administration. Before taking this accountability, she was involved in appraising, implementing and managing some investee companies of MEF. Le is a member of Mekong Capital's internal Management Committee. Le is based in HCMC.

Before joining Mekong Capital in July 2003, Ms. Truong Dieu Le previously worked as Assistant to the General Director of Huy Hoang Garment & Construction Joint Stock Company. Prior to that, she worked in the tax consulting practice of KPMG in Ho Chi Minh City. Prior to that, she was Assistant to the Vice President of the Venetian Blind Company in Montclair, California, where she was involved in inventory management and costing. She received her MBA from the California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, California.

Betsye Moon Park - Operations Manager
Betsye is responsible for overseeing and empowering the Finance-Accounting and Human Resources teams. For the Finance and Accounting team, Betsye sets and maintains a stable foundation for the company including all related financial processes and staff benefits; improving financial management and reporting capacity to empower management and the Board to make well-informed decisions. Betsye’s overall responsibility for the Human Resources team is to integrate the strategic plan of the Company with the HR strategic management programs and activities. Betsye is based in HCMC.

Ms. Betsye Moon Park was previously the Finance Manager at the Joffrey Ballet in Chicago, IL, where she oversaw Finance, Accounting and Human Resources activities. She also taught Accounting, Business Writing, and Public Speaking at Columbia College Chicago. Betsye received her Masters of Arts Management from Columbia College Chicago, US, with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, and Strategic Planning.


Finance & Accounting

 
Chu Hue Dung - Chief Accountant
Hue Dung is responsible for the management of Mekong Capital’s accounting activities. She is expected to become a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of the UK in 2011. Hue Dung is based in HCMC.

Ms. Chu Hue Dung previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Vietnam for more than four years as an Accounting Supervisor in Finance department. She was responsible for supervising and reviewing accounting transactions like Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Tax compliance. At the same time, she was the project leader of installing the performance tracking system and training staffs how to use it effectively. Prior to that, Hue Dung was an Accounts Clerk of Equatorial Hotel Saigon.

Van Thi My Hanh - General Accountant
Hanh is responsible for all activities related to processing of payroll, payment transactions, book keeping and ensuring the strict compliance of personnel administration based on current government regulations. Hanh is based in HCMC.

Ms. Van Thi My Hanh had more than three years working experience as the payment accountant specializing in bank transaction accounting at Southern Waterborne Transport Corporation.


Human Resources

 
Hoang Thi Huong Giang - Senior Human Resources Officer
Huong Giang is currently responsible for overall management of Human Resources at Mekong Capital including recruiting and training activities. She is also responsible for ensuring successful recruitments for the investee companies. Huong Giang is based in Hanoi.

Ms. Hoang Thi Huong Giang was previously a Chief of HR/General Affairs at a Japanese company, Tsukuba Diecasting Vietnam Company Ltd., where she worked for more than 11 years. She was also Tsukuba’s Internal Auditor of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Prior to that, Huong Giang was a Legal Research and Consultant in Vietnam Red Cross and Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Invalids for three years.

Nguyen Dinh Da Cam - Human Resources Officer
Cam is currently responsible for overall management of recruitment activities for Mekong Capital nationwide and the Investee Companies in the South of Vietnam. Cam is based in HCMC.

Ms. Nguyen Dinh Da Cam previously worked as the Recruitment and Development Manager at FV Hospital, the most well-known French healthcare system in Vietnam, where she was responsible for planning and implementing all recruiting and training activities. Prior to that, Cam was Executive Search Team Leader at Navigos Group Ltd., the leading recruiting and integrated Human Resources Solutions Provider in Vietnam, where she successfully recruited many talented personnel for big corporations and provided effectively HR advisory services.


Investor Relations

 
Ngo Thi Thanh Huong – Senior IR Officer
Huong is responsible for fund administration, fund reporting and maintaining relationship with shareholders and Directors of MEF and MEF II. Huong is based in HCMC.

Ms. Ngo Thi Thanh Huong previously served as a Senior Consultant at KPMG Vietnam, where she was involved in providing advisory services on corporate intelligence, market research, industry competitive analysis, licensing and regulations to international corporations and foreign invested projects in Vietnam. Before that, Huong worked for Andersen Vietnam as an information officer who managed effectively the corporate filing and library systems.

Huynh Ngoc Thuy – IR Officer
Ngoc Thuy is currently responsible for fund administration, fund reporting and maintaining relationship with shareholders and Directors of VAF. Ngoc Thuy is based in HCMC.

Ms. Huynh Ngoc Thuy previously worked as the Senior Administration Officer of Mekong Capital, where she mainly took charge in all administrative activities. Prior to that, Ngoc Thuy had three years of experience as a Business Center Clerk at New World Hotel Saigon, one of the most famous five stars hotels in Ho Chi Minh City.

Tran Nguyen Quynh Nhu- IR Executive
Quynh Nhu is currently responsible for assisting the more senior IR staff in fund administration, fund reporting and maintaining relationship with shareholders and Directors. She is based in HCMC.

Ms. Tran Nguyen Quynh Nhu previously worked as a PR Officer at Southern Airports Corporation (SAC), where she was one of the main liaisons between SAC and domestic and foreign companies interested in airports development projects in the South of Vietnam, and successfully provided regular operations reports and translation activities. Prior to that, she had three years of experience working as an International Inflight Service Representative for United Airlines, one of the biggest world class airlines.


Information Technology

 
Pham Dinh Khai - IT Manager
Khai is responsible for all IT activities related at Mekong Capital. Khai is based in HCMC.

Mr. Pham Dinh Khai was previously a Senior System Engineer in Credent Technology. Prior to that, Khai served as the System Team Leader in Informatics Service Provider (ISP) for four years. His main activities in these companies were consulting, installing, configuring and maintaining IT systems as well as leading the IT team for the relevant assigned works. He also obtained MCSE and CCNA certificates.


Office Administration

 
Vo Thi Khanh Linh - Administration Manager
Linh is responsible for all administration management activities in both HCMC and Hanoi offices. Linh is based in HCMC.

Ms. Vo Thi Khanh Linh previously worked as a Secretary to Finance Manager at San Miguel Brewery Vietnam Ltd., a branch of San Miguel Corporation in Philippines. Linh’s responsibility was to assist the Finance Manager with all administration and finance related issues.

Tran Ngoc Xuan Trang - Administration Officer
Xuan Trang is responsible for tasks related to Mekong Capital’s front desk and assisting in other office management activities for HCMC office.

Ms. Tran Ngoc Xuan Trang was previously the Team Leader of Front Office at Park Hyatt Saigon, where she supervised all guest service officers to offer both the local and international guests with warm, gracious and efficient hospitality, and ensuring all services provided to the guests meet the best standards. Prior to that, Xuan Trang was a Receptionist cum Cashier at Novotel Garden Plaza Saigon hotel and the Liberty hotel for three years.

Pham Mai Phuong - Administration Officer
Mai Phuong is responsible for tasks related to Mekong Capital’s front desk and assisting in other office management activities for Hanoi office.

Before joining Mekong Capital, Ms. Pham Mai Phuong worked for UTStarcom which is one of the world’s leading company about telecom. With the position of Office Administration Officer, Mai Phuong was responsible for managing all administrative activities at UTStarcom, Hanoi office.

Ngo Dinh Thao Phuong - Office Administration Executive
Thao Phuong earned her Diploma of Tourism from LaSalle College, Singapore. Thao Phuong is currently responsible for tasks related to Mekong Capital’s front desk and assisting in other office management activities for Ho Chi Minh's office.

Before joining Mekong Capital, Ms. Ngo Dinh Thao Phuong was the Secretary to F&B Director at Park Hyatt Saigon for more than 2 years where her duties are supporting the Director in all functions.

La Huu Tri - Driver
Tri is responsible for the transportation of Mekong Capital’s staffs in HCMC.

Mr. La Huu Tri previously worked for six years for Tetra Pak Vietnam, a Swedish corporation which is one of the world's leading suppliers of liquid food processing and packaging systems. Prior to that, he worked for Telstra in Vietnam, an Australia's leading telecommunications and information services company, for 5 years.
