Martin Adams - Chairman (Non-Executive)
Mr. Martin Adams is the founder, controlling shareholder and Managing Director of Vietnam Fund Management Company Limited (“VFMC”), which managed The Vietnam Fund Limited (established in 1991 as the first institutional private equity fund to specialize in Vietnam) and Beta Vietnam Fund Limited. Mr. Adams is the Chairman of Kubera Cross-Border Fund Limited and the First Hungary Fund Limited (in liquidation). He is also a non-executive director of Metage Funds Limited, Metage Special Emerging Markets Fund Limited, ARC Capital Holdings Limited and Armadillo Investments Limited. Prior to establishing VFMC, Mr. Adams worked for the Lloyds Bank group for 10 years where he was based in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Portugal and Hong Kong. Mr. Adams has an MA in Economic Science from the University of Aberdeen. Martin Adams is the non-executive Chairman of Mekong Capital. He is also a member of the Investment Committees of Mekong Enterprise Fund and Mekong Enterprise Fund II.

Jonah Levey
Mr. Jonah Levey is the founder and CEO of the company which owns Navigos Group, the largest executive search and HR consulting firm in Vietnam, VietnamWorks.com, the leading job recruitment website in Vietnam, and Blue Ink Asia, Vietnam's first full service database marketing and CRM company. Combined, they have over 8,500 corporate customers, and 250 employees in four offices. Prior to relocating to Vietnam in 2002, Jonah Levey was a Managing Director with the New York-based executive search firm Raines International, Inc. Jonah was also formerly with Picard International, Ltd., where he was an Executive Search Consultant in the firm's Strategy and Finance practice.

Jonah Levey holds a B.A. in Economics from Vassar College. Jonah Levey is a shareholder of Mekong Capital.
