History

  • 13th September 1988: FPT was established
  • October 2006: Issued new shares to strategic investors Texas Pacific Group (TPG) and Intel Capital. Total investment of those investors into FPT is US$36.5 million
  • November 2006: Signed strategic cooperation agreement with Microsoft Corporation
  • December 2011: Successfully completed the consolidation of four out of five core companies so that FPT Corporation owns 100% of these companies
