Mekong Capital works closely with the companies in which the Mekong Enterprise Fund, Mekong Enterprise Fund II and Vietnam Azalea Fund invest to help recruit excellent managers for those companies. After helping to recruit those people, Mekong Capital works closely with them to implement best practices in management systems.
