Role Purpose

We are seeking a Head of Training who will play a key role in elevating the skills of our Livespo team, fostering excellence, professionalism, dedication to their jobs, and loyalty to the organization. This role demands professional training expertise and extensive experience in large-scale organizations.
In the future, the role will focus on shaping and boosting the comprehensive capabilities of our staff, maintaining and nurturing their skills, and fostering a diverse and enriching learning environment.

Key Accountabilities

1. Facilitation and Related Tasks:
  • Directly conduct training sessions for employees, adhering to internal training frameworks, and provide guidance and mentorship to participants during plan execution.
  • Participate in developing and improving training programs to meet the company’s practical needs.
  • Develop and update training materials/ assessments following established plans and emerging needs.
  • Collaborate in creating sales and operations guidance documents upon request.

2. Assessment and Evaluation:
  • Collaborate with Managers and Departments/Units to identify training needs.
  • Organize assessments and periodic competency evaluations for sales and operational staff upon request.
  • Apply methods/tools to measure training effectiveness, enhancing program quality for future iterations.

3. Reporting and Planning:
  • Develop monthly training plans and provide comprehensive reports on the implementation outcomes of monthly training activities within the assigned scope.
  • Report after each training session and monitor subsequent plans/actions (if any).

4. E-learning Development:
  • Develop, research, and enhance the E-learning system.

5. Managing training budget and evaluating the efficacy of training plans, programs, and service providers.

Key Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum of 6 years of direct training experience across various companies, with at least 3 years in a managerial position or higher.
  • Capacity to learn and adapt to evolving training methodologies.
  • Competence in using instructional design software.
  • Ability to develop E-learning systems effectively.
  • Strong soft skills in networking, communication, and adaptable language use.
  • Excellence in verbal communication, data-driven decision-making, and unwavering dedication to trainees.
  • Flexibility, effectiveness in teaching, building connections, maintaining a professional demeanor, and eloquence.
  • Capability to inspire passion and demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for the product.
  • Aptitude for collaborating with sales to comprehend market dynamics and synchronize training efforts with partners.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical training is preferred.
