In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with Marou’s overall strategies. You will bridge the gap between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues. Additionally, you will oversee total rewards, recruitment, organization development, learning and development, and the selection process

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the development and execution of people strategies and initiatives that support Marou’s growth and business objectives. Given our projected 50% growth in 2024, change management skills are crucial.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters to drive business success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement creative solutions for people management, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Work closely with our culture committee to lead initiatives that nurture a positively amazing working environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices, utilizing data and analytics for informed decision-making and outcome measurement.

Key Requirements

  • Senior HRM Role: Preference for candidates with a background in F&B retail and a strong customer service mindset.
  • Proven track record in establishing HR best practices.
  • Specialization in compensation and benefits (C&B) with a keen focus on market competitiveness and policy development.
  • Business-minded approach, dedicated to building a reliable and cohesive team to achieve business goals and vision.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and effective planning abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Energetic and proactive mindset.
  • Mentor and coach HR team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
