The Role
Responsible for implementing VDI elements Employee Performance, Culture & Core Values at Mekong Capital through People & Development: The company has a world-class management/leadership team in place for each key management position: each manager can lead their team to reliably deliver the KPIs and other results for which they are accountable. The company attracts, recruits, retains, and develops an extraordinary team. Employees are highly engaged, leading to strong performance, high rates of retention of capable employees, and empowering contexts for their relationship to the company.
Employees can connect what they care about personally to their role at the company, as well as to the company’s purpose and vision.
Primary focus: Development & Retention of a high-performing team
- Leading & coordinating with key stakeholders within and outside the company (Coaches, Mentors, Trainer, Team Leaders);
- Strong communicator & listener: having in-person conversation(s) with relevant parties and listening & recreating their challenges, needs and requirements;
- Measurement of success: Capability matrix with clear milestones & achievements and performance score of investee-facing people.
Secondary focus: Continuous improvement & development of an effective on-boarding (first 2 months) & high-performance development (6- & 12-months) plan
Excellent Coordination & conductor skills with multiple parties so we can provide the most effective onboarding and coaching program.

Working Experience
- A proven & successful track record over a minimum of 7-8 years of professional working experience (Especially in HRBP, Talent Development);
- Would be an advantage to have Management Trainee Journey at Global Companies; who have started a journey of self-reflection or had taken a credible Coaching Certification (ICF, Maxwell, etc.)
