45 new branches opened in 3Q20

During 3Q20, F88 accelerated its store expansion with 45 new branches, reaching a total 240 branches in 41 largest cities and provinces in Vietnam. With a strong focus on technology and employee training, the company was able to continuously optimize its service quality and business performance across its network supporting this growth.

New Distribution Center 

In September 2020, ABA has officially inaugurated a new refrigerated distribution centre in Linh Trung II Export Processing Zone, Thu Duc district with total area of 5,000 m². With its strategic location, the new centre is expected to meet the expanding needs of storage, distribution, and delivery for all frozen and fresh food for ABA’s customers in Ho Chi Minh City and other cities in the southeast.

Nhat Tin has expanded its footprint to 330 post offices and postal locations nation-wide by opening 12 new offices in 3Q20.

During the quarter, YOLA has opened 2 new centers in Ho Chi Minh City and 1 center in Binh Duong, bringing the total number of centers to 17 in Vietnam.

85 new store opened
in 3Q20

In 3Q20, Pharmacity has reached 477 stores in 14 provinces and cities of Vietnam, an increase of 85 stores compared to 2Q20 and is on the way to achieve its 2021 target of 1,000 stores.

During 3Q20, Vua Nem has opened 15 new stores, raising the total number of stores to 66 stores covering 26 provinces and cities nation-wide.

Launched Delivery 2.0 website

In September, 4P’s officially launched Delivery 2.0, an upgrade from Delivery 1.0 back in April. Delivery 2.0 is a mobile-first platform that drives deep customer engagement via 4 key areas: personalization, smooth payment integration, fast and fun ordering experience, and improved operation. This achievement is consistent with 4P’s core value of “Omotenashi”, which stands for beyond-expectation hospitality, and reduced customers’ delivery time by 30%.
