Job Purpose

  • Deploy, build and control e-commerce business activities with Omni-Channel strategic channels including website, marketplace, Tiktokshop, etc.
  • Develop and implement business and market development based on the Company’s business strategy and plan.
  • Build, perfect and develop the organization of the Department’s activities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop strategies, budgets, and plans for the Department
    • Develop the Department’s operational strategy based on the Companys business plan.
    • Implement the strategy through annual/quarterly/monthly work plans.
    • Plan and manage the Department’s operating budget.
  2. Business development and implementation
    • Deploy, build, and control e-commerce activities across strategic omni-channel platforms such as website, marketplace, and Tiktokshop.
    • Develop monthly/annual sales plans; track performance and deploy strategies to meet targets.
    • Coordinate with departments (BrandCom, Category, Trade SCD, CXM, ITD) to ensure seamless omni-channel operations and customer experience.
    • Approve collaboration proposals with platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tiktokshop) and oversee contractual effectiveness.
    • Advise the Board of Directors on sales strategies, pricing policies, and commercial programs.
    • Establish and maintain strong customer networks; support customer acquisition.
  3. Manage online marketing activities
    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (SEM, SEO, social, email, affiliate, onsite marketplace).
    • Shape and approve e-commerce sales campaigns.
    • Oversee content marketing strategies (blogging, video, social media, etc.).
    • Analyze data (GA, BI, etc.) to evaluate and improve campaign performance using metrics like ROI, ROAS, CR, CTR.
    • Develop and execute social commerce strategies (e.g., Tiktokshop).
    • Monitor market trends and propose new initiatives. Expand partner networks and distribution channels.
  4. E-commerce operations management
    • Build and optimize systems for order processing, inventory, and logistics to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
  5. Platform operations management
    • Build, monitor, and improve the technical infrastructure of the e-commerce website, ensuring scalability and performance.
  6. Department planning and development
    • Oversee departmental operations and assign tasks to team members.
    • Evaluate staff performance, provide training and coaching.
    • Plan and establish departmental processes; collaborate cross-functionally for continuous improvement.
    • Periodically evaluate and enhance departmental operations.
  7. Other responsibilities as assigned
    • Participate in projects and handle other duties as delegated by superiors.

Key Requirements

  1. Knowledge
    • Education: Degree in IT, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or Marketing.
    • Foreign language: Good English communication skills.
    • Computer: Proficient in MS Office.
  2. Professional Competencies
    • Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and operations.
    • Technically proficient, with expertise in data analytics tools.
    • Solid knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
  3. Experience
    • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce within the cosmetics retail industry.
  4. Supplementary Skills
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
    • Effective communication and customer-handling abilities.
