In the 1990s, Saigon was a city filled with dust, smoke, and a chaotic blend of burning sun and flooding rain. Amidst the bustling streets, where small retail shops mushroomed after each rain, a young girl named Trang Tran helped her mother with their “retail” business in District 5.

At just 12 years old, Trang’s days were a mix of morning serenity and afternoon turmoil. One particularly difficult afternoon, overwhelmed by disappointment, she found solace in tears, hugging her pillow tightly.

His kindness, though brief, left an indelible mark on Trang. That brief encounter with a stranger, whom she saw as a Bodhisattva, inspired Trang to transform her life. She excelled academically, from middle school through college, and overcame numerous obstacles to achieve professional success.

Trang’s approach is rooted in sharing knowledge and experiences as “happy” gifts, always ready to offer support and guidance.
