我们在 2010 年共同打造的核心价值观，成为团队绩效的基础。最初的五项核心价值观是：诚信（Sự trọn vẹn）、责任（Trách nhiệm）、沟通（Giao tiếp）、领导力（Lãnh đạo）和结果（Kết quả）。尽管后来有所调整，这些核心价值观仍深植于企业文化之中，并持续塑造我们的每一项行动。2015 年版本的核心价值观还启发了动画短片 《Babies Vs. Aliens 》，在 YouTube 上获得了 12 万次观看。

我们的核心价值观不仅是愿景与追求，更是指引我们行为与行动的准则。当这些价值观被全面践行时，始终能够带来强劲的绩效与卓越的成果。

基本原则
与此同时，我们将 对已作出承诺的诚信 和 责任精神 作为我们对全体团队成员所共同遵循并长期坚守的基本原则。对于 对已作出承诺的诚信，我们理解必须严格履行承诺，并以共同承诺为依据采取可信赖、可交付的行动，以确保各项工作高效、顺畅推进；对于 责任精神，我们将自身定位为结果的“责任主体”而非被动的“结果承受者”。换言之，我们的言行将直接影响最终交付结果，这不同于消极被动、寄望侥幸、等待观望，或以各种理由为未能达成既定承诺结果进行辩解。
我们的转化历程向投资组合公司扩散
自 2009 年起，当我们开始落地并全面践行核心价值观时，许多投资组合公司都清晰地观察到 Mekong Capital 的显著变化——我们的团队变得更强大、更高效。他们也希望在自己的公司实现同样的成果。
其中，移动世界 是最为突出的案例，仅用一年时间便完成了企业文化的转化。该过程始于五位联合创始人作出的坚定承诺，并逐步向整个组织扩散，形成了一种强调诚信、以客户为中心的企业文化。时至今日，这一文化仍深深植根于 移动世界，并通过超过 65,000 名员工的实际行动持续体现。越南的许多其他公司也受到这一模式的启发，开始着手构建属于自身的强有力企业文化。
但一切并不容易。

然而，这一过程并非总是一帆风顺。一些投资组合公司认为，核心价值观并不是迫切的优先事项，可以延后推进。通常，员工会将核心价值观视为理想化口号或仅用于市场宣传，而非需要在日常工作中贯彻落实的行为准则。
重要的经验教训
- 有效的核心价值观必须体现为能够带来绩效与经营成果的具体行动，而不仅仅是抽象的愿望或情绪表达。
- 核心价值观的落地必须自最高层开始——从 CEO 到管理团队；他们必须先以身作则践行核心价值观，才可能要求员工跟随。
- 人们只能通过在日常工作中持续实践，真正理解并内化核心价值观，而不是通过演示、宣讲或激励式演讲。
- 当核心价值观深植于组织文化后，它们会自然进入日常对话之中；人们会引用这些价值观来塑造自己对所面对问题的理解与判断，尤其是在应对挑战之时。
