Role Purpose

Become the manager and operator of all activities in the Finance Accounting Department

Build a long-term financial model demonstrating the company’s development & investment needs, and capital needs.

Ensure the company follows the correct procedures & order, completing the company’s transformation into an IPO company.

Ensure the company’s financial healthy cash flow and accounting activities (Including internal accounting and external tax authorities)

Key Accountabilities
1. Financial Strategy:
- Build a financial model for the period from 2024 to 2027 and an annual budget based on the company’s strategies, goals, and vision.
- Analyze and evaluate operational efficiency, explore different scenarios, and assess their impact on the budget, optimal pathway, and vision.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors to formulate financial operational strategies, including evaluating and optimizing the costs associated with branches and post offices, balancing expenses, and managing the company’s overall financial budgets.
- Advise and consult the CEO on strategies and calculate cash flow allocation and plans to ensure the company maintains its financial health.
- Monitor financial risk (COD, Apollo) and mitigate the risk of internal misappropriation of company funds
2. Fundraising, working with strategic partners, IPO:
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors, CEO, and the Executive Board to develop strategies for raising capital and engaging with investors. Oversee the process of securing both debt and equity funding.
- Create fundraising documents, communicate with potential and existing investors, negotiate and manage transactions.
- Identify and build relationships with strategic partners and financial investors to support the company’s growth.
- Expand the company’s global network of investors by connecting with new potential investors.
- Coordinate with the CEO and related departments to complete the capital-raising plan.
- Represent the company at investor events and forums to establish potential partnerships and ensure compliance with necessary procedures, facilitating the company’s transition to a publicly traded entity.
3. Accounting:

Supervise the Company’s Chief Accountant, overseeing various accounting tasks such as internal accounting, debt collection, and tariff management.

Control fixed and variable costs in accordance with the planned budget.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Education
- Preferably have international study experience and a strong background in Finance and Investment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CFO, Head of Finance, or similar roles
- Experience in managing cash flow (experience in Startup environment is preferable)
- Have a business-oriented mindset.
- Experience in fundraising from 20 million USD or more
- Proven knowledge in Logistics industry or working for chain companies with a transaction volume of over 1 million transactions/day is an advantage;
- Proficient in interpersonal and negotiation skills for directing and overseeing debt and equity fundraising initiatives.
- Demonstrate leadership acumen in team cultivation and capacity augmentation.
- Adept in fundraising procedures, navigating external financial markets, and managing investor relationships.
- Thorough comprehension of the process for taking a company public.
- Competence in analyzing internal financial data and optimizing capital allocation within the company’s operational framework.
