Key Accountabilities:
- Develop short-term and long-term Business Strategy and Plan for the International Business Division.
- Build a sales team, and develop and effectively manage the performance of subordinate staff.
- Be responsible for implementing sales targets and commitments. Control sales contracts in accordance with company regulations.
- Research and analyze the target market. Update on international market development trends.
- Build, develop, and manage distributors. Develop customer service and plan periodic sales for the year/quarter/month.
- Set effective objectives for all sales and marketing staff based on performance on a continuous platform, including designating sales territories, and target groups.
- Prepare and submit plans, budgets, progress reports, and annual sales reports.
- Establish Sales Policy for the channel & negotiate terms in the distribution contract.
- Meet with clients and partners to implement the company’s project products.
Key Requirements:
- University graduate in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, or other relevant majors.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Passionate about business, eager to make money, and have a progressive attitude at work.
- Agile and flexible, not afraid of pressure.
- Possess leadership skills, and good planning abilities.
- Ability to assess, analyze, and evaluate the market.
- Strong communication skills, able to convey information solve problems, and organize effective work teams.
- Honest, proactive, creative, responsible, and decisive in work.
- Able to withstand high pressure at work and accept frequent business trips.
- Committed to long-term employment.
- Having a network with relevant departments and agencies that support export activities.
- Foreign language skills: English. Knowing a second language (Japanese, Chinese, Korean, German, French, etc.) is a plus.
