We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fund Operations Officer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our funds and delivering high-quality investor reporting services. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of achieving results in financial operations, fund management, and compliance, with the ability to work independently and coordinate with a diversified set of stakeholders.

- Deliver the full scope of fund operations and reporting activities with minimal supervision.
- Provide advice across the organization on matters related to fund operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance in various jurisdictions.
- Continuously analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and innovation.

Core Domains
- Fund Operations & Cash Management
- Coordinate investment disbursements and divestments, ensuring all legal, financial, and compliance conditions are met.
- Manage bank payments, capital calls, and distributions to investors accurately and on time.
- Monitor fund cash flows, prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and limited partnership obligations.
- Coordinate audits and maintain timely, accurate reporting for investors and stakeholders.
- Manage tax obligations, including K-1, FATCA/CRS filings, and local regulatory requirements.
- Financial Management & Modeling
- Maintain and update financial models to support fundraising and investment decision-making.
- Provide regular NAV estimates and performance analysis for the funds.
- Investor & Stakeholder Relations
- Deliver transparent, reliable, and insightful communication to investors.
- Serve as the point of contact for LP requests and reporting.
- Coordinate with service providers, including auditors, custodians, brokers, and fund administrators.
Additional Responsibilities
- Corporate secretarial tasks for funds and SPVs, including entity setup, bank accounts, and annual filings.
- Participation in special projects as needed.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
III. Key Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Fund Operations Management within Private Equity/Venture Capital, Banking, or an Audit Firm (with a focus on fund audits).
- Experienced in international investor reporting, including Capital Account Statements and NAV reporting.
- Experienced or possess strong knowledge in Regulatory and Compliance frameworks (AIFMD, FATCA, CRS, AML/KYC, ESG Reporting).
- Proven ability to work independently and manage complex processes with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English across 4 skills
