Le Anh Pham is an Investment Principal at Mekong Capital, with over 8 years of experience spanning private equity, climate finance, strategic M&A, and commodities trading. As a deal leader at Mekong Capital, Le Anh is involved across the full investment lifecycle, including deal sourcing, transaction execution, and portfolio development through to divestment.
Prior to Mekong Capital, Le Anh worked at Mitsui & Co., one of Japan’s largest conglomerates, where his work focused on corporate strategy, trading, and strategic M&A investments across the food, retail, and distribution sectors in Vietnam. His role involved market assessment, financial modeling, investment analysis, and business development, including joint venture projects.
Le Anh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Japanese from Foreign Trade University in Hanoi. From 2024 to 2026, he completed a full-time MBA in Global Management at Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences in Germany, graduating within the highest performance band of the program.
Having grown up witnessing rapid urbanization in his childhood neighborhood, where rice fields, croplands, and natural bodies of water were replaced by high-rise buildings, Le Anh is driven by the ambition to leave a lasting legacy for future generations, a future in which nature thrives and people have access to high-quality, affordable healthcare, education, and clean water.
