Red Wok was born out of Mekong Capital’s previous successes in the casual dining F&B industry. Our first investment was in 2016 through the acquisition of Wrap & Roll, a famous chain of modern Vietnamese cuisine. We have now grown the portfolio to 4 brands, including Wrap & Roll, Lau Bo Hot Pot, Quan Ut Ut, and BiaCraft.
The company’s vision is to be the largest restaurant group in Vietnam operating the most loved brands. We create die-hard fans at each location and have world-class training systems that attract the best talent in the market at all levels of the organization.
