He held pivotal roles—including CTO, CIO, and Director of Digital Retail Services—leading strategic technology initiatives, digital transformation, and process optimization projects for leading organizations in retail, distribution, education, logistics, and manufacturing, delivering cutting-edge technology solutions with a focus on enhancing customer experience and fostering sustainable growth.
Luc delivered enterprise-wide digital solutions and built high-performing teams for companies like FPT Retail (FPT Shop and FPT Long Chau), EQuest (offering programs from kindergarten and K-12 to university), among other leading brands.
He holds an HDSE in Computer Science, a Mini MBA from FPT, and certifications in SAP FI/CO and SAP BI (NetWeaver 04). In 2017, he earned First Prize in FPT’s “Trạng Nguyên” award, recognizing his innovation and leadership impact across the organization.
