Husk is a leader in producing biochar used for agricultural applications. It develops, manufactures and sells biochar, carbon-based fertilizers that include biochar, as well as specialized biochar based organic fertilizers to farmers and fruit tree plantations. These products serve to improve soil health, capture more carbon in the soil, wean farmers off of chemical fertilizers and shift towards organic fertilizers, while improving crop yields and crop health.

Gene Solutions is a pioneer in gene-based disease detection at affordable prices. Their globally cutting-edge R&D team has developed a variety of tests for cancer detection, which are first of their kind of Asia and based on leading edge Next Generation Sequencing technology. Gene Solutions’ SPOT-MAS 10 is the first Multi Cancer Early Detection (MCED) test in Asia to provide real-world clinical evidence for cancer screening, offering the validation data needed for region-specific populations and demonstrating the test’s clinical utility. As reported in the peer reviewed journal BMC Medicine in February 2025, SPOT‑MAS ctDNA assay was evaluated in a landmark prospective cohort involving 9,024 asymptomatic Vietnamese adults, showing 70.8 % sensitivity for cancer detection (including precancerous lesions) and 99.7 % specificity, with 60 % positive predictive value for locating cancers – making it Asia’s first clinically validated multi-cancer early detection blood test.
