Typically after we invest, our companies will go through a process of professionalizing their team and building more robust HR capabilities. While that is happening, Mekong also assists our investees to recruit the best candidates.
Since 2008, Mekong Capital has built a robust in-house capacity to assist our investee companies to recruit top level management teams. Our Talent Acquisition Team typically consists of 3-4 experienced recruiters. Mekong often works with our investees companies to clarify job descriptions and recruitment criteria, contact candidates, utilize our propriety network to find new candidates, and to conduct thorough reference checks.
