1H26 net profit after tax increased 114% year-on-year

F88 reported strong results for the first half of 2026, with 1H26 net profit after tax of VND545 billion, up 114% compared with the same period last year. The company achieved 61% of its full-year profit target in the first six months. Loan disbursement reached nearly VND11.3 trillion, while outstanding loans grew 22% year-on-year to VND8.83 trillion.

The growth was driven by the continued expansion of F88’s customer base through stronger digital customer acquisition and strategic partnerships. Deeper adoption of the MyF88 app, together with new lending partnerships, increased the number of new customers to 189,472 in 1H26, up 50% year-on-year. At the same time, the rollout of the company’s revolving credit limit product enhanced customer retention and contributed to a significant increase in returning customers to 437,146 in 1H26, up 120% year-on-year.

Beyond lending, F88 continued to improve the quality of its insurance business through adjustments to its product portfolio and sales incentive scheme. These initiatives contributed to stronger sales of standalone insurance products and higher-value offerings. In the second quarter alone, insurance revenue increased 80% year-on-year, while the number of policies sold reached nearly 526,000, up 56% compared with the same period last year.

Operational efficiency also improved during the period. The company’s cost-to-income ratio improved to 42.6% in 1H26 from 55.4% in 1H25, while return on equity (ROE) reached 41%.

Investor roadshows during public offering period

F88 held investor roadshows in Hanoi (8 July) and Ho Chi Minh City (9 July) during its public offering of more than 22 million shares at VND71,000 per share, with subscriptions open from 6–27 July 2026. The roadshows aimed to build investor demand, communicate F88’s equity story, and reinforce management credibility ahead of subscription close. The events attracted approximately 500 in-person attendees and over 5,000 online viewers via livestream.

During the sessions, Mr. Phung Anh Tuan, CEO, and Ms. Tran Mai Thao, CFO, presented F88’s growth journey, operating performance, long-term strategy, and planned transition from UPCoM to HOSE. The Q&A sessions covered topics including regulatory developments, risk management, and earnings growth outlook.

Launch of NNX insurance brand and first Insurance Center

F88 launched NNX, a dedicated insurance distribution brand, and opened its first Insurance Center at 298 Tay Son Street, Hanoi, advancing its strategy to build a more diversified and recurring revenue base beyond secured lending. By combining digital tools with in-person advisory and claims support, the new model is designed to improve customer experience, increase insurance penetration, and strengthen cross-selling opportunities across F88’s existing customer base.

Insurance remains a key long-term growth pillar for F88 as it evolves into an integrated financial services platform.

F88 is Vietnam’s leading secured lending platform, operating 975 branches nationwide as of 30 June 2026. The company provides collateral-based consumer and micro-business loans, primarily serving unbanked and underbanked individuals and MSMEs. Through secured lending, micro-insurance, and essential financial services, F88 offers transparent and accessible alternatives to informal lending sources.

1H26 net profit after tax increased 304% year-on-year

Vua Nem reported a 304% year-on-year increase in 1H26 net profit after tax, driven by continued strength across both its offline and e-commerce channels.

E-commerce remained a critical growth engine. Growth was driven by digital marketing initiatives, livestream commerce, and collaborations with influencers and content creators. Vua Nem also strengthened its position on major e-commerce platforms, ranking among the best-selling brands in its category on Shopee and TikTok Shop for five consecutive months.

Offline performance also remained resilient despite seasonally weaker mattress demand in 2Q26, as the company expanded sales of complementary sleep products and enhanced its retail network.

Opened the 3rd Goodnight store in Hanoi

In July 2026, Vua Nem opened its third Goodnight store at 485 Nguyen Van Cu Street, Hanoi, following positive early performance from the first two locations. Targeting Gen Z and Millennial consumers, the brand forms part of Vua Nem’s broader strategy to test new store formats and brand extensions, expand its addressable market, and explore opportunities to enhance customer engagement and drive repeat purchases over time.

Vua Nem is Vietnam’s leading multi-brand retailer focused on mattresses and sleep-related products, with 179 stores nationwide as of 30 June 2026. The company operates an omnichannel model, combining its own retail network with distribution through e-commerce platforms. Vua Nem currently operates stores under three different store concepts: Vua Nem (catering to the mid-to-high segments); Vua Nem Gia Tot (serving mid-market and mass consumers); and Goodnight store by Vua Nem (targeting the younger Gen Z demographic).

1H26 net profit after tax increased 201% year-on-year

In 1H26, LiveSpo’s net profit after tax increased 201% compared with the same period last year. Growth was driven by the company’s continued efforts to expand its domestic sales channels, particularly through pharmacy chains, and early positive results from its Southern expansion. Performance was further enhanced by management’s execution of consumer engagement and brand-building initiatives.

The company also participated in several scientific and professional conferences as part of its ongoing engagement with healthcare professionals and pharmacists to educate them on the efficacy of LiveSpo’s products.

Launch of LiveSpo KIDS

In June 2026, LiveSpo introduced LiveSpo KIDS, a spore-based probiotic for children aged 2 and above, delivering 3 billion Bacillus spores (CFU) per dose  targeting digestion, appetite, and healthy weight gain, with improvements reported within 28 days of use. The launch expands LiveSpo’s pediatric product portfolio, catering to a growing demand for digestive and immunity support solutions for children.

Completed a key milestone to distribute four products in Singapore

In June 2026, LiveSpo successfully received notifications in Singapore from the Health Sciences Authority (“HSA”) for four of its digestive products – PREG-MOM, DIA 30, CLAUSY, and BIO TRI (marketed domestically in Vietnam as COLON). Singapore requires product notification, rather than formal product approval, for export products to be distributed within the country. Completing this step marks a critical milestone toward distributing LiveSpo’s products in the Singapore market – the company’s first overseas expansion in Southeast Asia.

LiveSpo is a pioneering Vietnamese biotechnology company founded in 2011 by Dr. Nguyen Hoa Anh and his colleagues, specializing in liquid spore-based probiotics. Improved from traditional probiotics, LiveSpo’s products use  spore-forming bacteria in liquid form, which are more resilient to stomach acid and deliver higher efficacy. The company’s key products offer digestive health, respiratory prevention and treatment, skincare, and vaginal care. Its hero product, NAVAX, is the world’s first probiotic nasal spray (containing billions of Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus clausii spores in saline solution), designed to prevent and treat respiratory infections by reducing pathogen loads and supporting nasal immunity —  a safe and effective option validated by multiple clinical studies.

Earned FDA Breakthrough Device Designation for SPOT-MAS 10

Gene Solutions has secured a critical regulatory milestone: FDA Breakthrough Device Designation for SPOT-MAS 10, the multi-omic liquid biopsy platform targeting 10 cancers in a single blood draw.

This designation places SPOT-MAS 10 in an elite category of medical innovations the FDA has identified as offering potential improvement over existing alternatives – granting Gene Solutions priority access to FDA reviewers and an expedited path toward U.S. market authorization.

The commercial opportunity is substantial. SPOT-MAS 10 screens for five cancers with established demand – breast, lung, liver, colorectal, and gastric – while also addressing five aggressive cancers (ovarian, pancreatic, esophageal, endometrial, head & neck) for which no standard screening currently exists.

Gene Solutions’ clinical credibility is already established: validated in over 9,000 asymptomatic individuals through the K-DETEK prospective study and deployed in over 100,000 real-world cases.

Note: Breakthrough Device Designation is not FDA approval or marketing authorization. It reflects FDA’s commitment to work with Gene Solutions toward potential authorization.

Launched two new SPOT-MAS products

On 20 April 2026, Gene Solutions launched two new products under its SPOTMAS portfolio: SPOTMAS CRC and SPOTMAS Eva.

SPOTMAS CRC is a blood‑based screening test for colorectal cancer, designed to offer a more convenient screening option using a single blood sample, compared with traditional invasive screening approaches.

SPOT-MAS Eva is a cervical swab-based test designed for early detection and triage of cervical and endometrial cancers. The test offers an alternative to conventional Pap smear–based screening, enabling broader gynecological cancer screening through a single test.

Together with SPOTMAS 10 and SPOTMAS Lung, these launches further expand Gene Solutions’ early cancer detection portfolio, addressing a wider range of cancer screening needs.

Gene Solutions is a pioneering genetic testing service company in Asia dedicated to developing and providing access to Next-Generation Sequencing (“NGS”) testing. The company currently offers three types of innovative products (via blood sample), including Non-invasive prenatal testing (“NIPT”) for pregnant women, early cancer detection tests, and tests for cancer treatment and remission.
