Nga has 16 years of experience in executive recruitment and human resources consulting services. She previously served as Country Director for Vietnam at Odgers Berndtson (one of the world’s top ten executive search firms), leading business operations and strategy development, focusing on providing clients with high-quality leadership talent.
In 2012, Nga founded RGF Executive Search Vietnam and became the only female Country Director within the Recruit Group, a top four global human resources consulting firm; she is also the group’s sole legal representative in Vietnam. In its first year, she led the company to break-even, subsequently driving annual growth of 120%–150%.
Following her success at RGF, Nga transitioned to roles as a business consultant, leadership coach, and human resources consultant, while continuing to leverage her expertise in executive recruitment, focusing on building and improving organizational effectiveness for numerous domestic and international companies.
Her academic background is equally strong: she holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Development from the Institute for International Social Studies (ISS) at Erasmus University Rotterdam, Netherlands, providing a solid foundation for her ability to develop talent exceptionally.
Since joining Mekong Capital in March 2024, Nga’s contributions have made a significant difference: in just six months, she improved the recruitment team’s efficiency by 40%, setting a new benchmark for executive recruitment in Vietnam.
