In July, Mekong Enterprise Fund IV completed an investment into HSV Group. HSV Group is the largest cosmetics retailer in Vietnam in terms of number of stores. As of 30 September 2021, HSV Group operates 106 stores: 69 The Face Shop stores, 12 Beauty Box stores, 7 Club Clio stores, 6 Adidas stores and 12 Reebok stores.
In July, Mekong Enterprise Fund IV invested $8.8 million USD into LiveSpo Global. LiveSpo Global is an innovative consumer health product company, specializing in LiveSpo’s Spore Probiotics Technology. This technology can surpass traditional probiotics in terms of heat and acid resistance with a longer shelf life by formulating spore-based probiotics in liquid form, multi-strain and high concentration.
In August, Mekong Enterprise Fund IV invested $10.2 million USD into Rever. Rever is one of the pioneering proptech companies in Vietnam that differentiates itself by leveraging technology in the process of verifying its listings, ensuring what customers see (online) is truly available for purchase, thus making the home buying process transparent for home buyers and home sellers.
In this quarter, F88 accelerated its expansion with 29 new branches opened, raising the total number of branches to 446 nationwide.

When MEF III divested in 2022, Pizza 4P’s grew from a chain of 8 restaurants in 2018 to a network of 27 restaurants in Vietnam and Cambodia, representing growth of more than three times. During this rapid growth, Pizza 4P’s has successfully maintained its uniquely high-quality standards and commitment to delivering ‘Wow’ dining experiences to its customers. As a validation of its stronghold in customer experience, Pizza 4P’s has been nominated as the Best Pizza in Vietnam and Cambodia as part of the Asia’s Best Awards 2022 by the well-known international magazine Travel + Leisure Asia.
